Face book is driving me nuts.
To be honest i get on to snoop anonymously into peoples lives. Lately all i see is people playing games. It drives me crazy. How am i supposed to snoop if no one is talking?
I understand i only have about 4 people who read my blog but i need to vent somewhere.
Have we become such a people that face book and computer games and texting have become the only way for humans to communicate? When i was in High School they told us we really needed to learn how to type correctly because it would be very useful in our lives. I don't think they ever anticipated this! We text, we face book, we blog, when do we talk? When do we carry on a face to face conversation where the other person can actually interrupt our train of thought? How are we going to learn conversational etiquette with other people? Where is the skill of being able to think as we are talking with out losing our tempers? And being able to discern what someone is saying by the fluctuation in their voices? I could actually be screaming right now and you would never know it. Our personal interaction with others of human race has become so mechanical. At what point to stop putting "excellent interpersonal communication skills" on our resumes?
I wonder if this is how people felt about the telephone.

I agree! I have a huge problem with people texting while they are talking or hanging out with someone. HOW RUDE! Talk to the person in front of you, not the one texting you!
AWW that feels better! :)
I think there are extremes in everything. I like texting and facebook for the ways that they help me, but I do see your point about personal interaction. I am sure that I could be a little bit better about that so thanks for giving me something to think about!!
Funny, but interestingly true. I can defenitely see where you're coming from. But with out texting what would Matt do at work all day!!!!
