Spring Thaw

I get to work this morning and find out that since the snow is melting we have water problems. We are 3 flights down from the roof. They think water leaked in around something called a mechanical room where all the duct work from the building meet. (as I understand it) Well it must have gotten a ton of water in it from the snow melting and the ducts above my desk filled up with water, soaked the insulation and leaked onto the ceiling tile. The tile soaked up so much water that it fell out of the ceiling on to my desk. They cleaned it up over the weekend but when I got here I looked at my phone and keyboard and they were disgusting and I just cleaned them Friday. Then I picked up my calculator and there was a puddle of water under it and I have it by my space heater trying to dry it out. My mouse pad was wet so I had to get a new one. I took Clorox wipes and cleaned everything up. I hope there are no more surprises today. Gotta love Oaklands (the contractor) roofing skills. This is the 3rd leak the bookstore has had and we are on the first floor and it is a brand new building.
